No sleepy quails are safe from these pointers. Pointers were bred in Germany as hunting dogs but they have also served as guard dogs, sled dogs, bomb sniffing dogs. They do very well in agility events and their coat repels water and debris as they swim. Their tough nails give them excellent traction on rough outdoor terrain.
